Mike Truss, the chef, and the owner have a lengthy history with the "farm fresh" cuisine philosophy.
In 2004, Truss returned to Connecticut and worked as an executive chef across the state.
We ordered the Signature Burger and it arrives hot, juicy, and perfect temp. Also the fried egg was hot and had a perfect cook. Also, those apple fritters are absolutely amazing. We will definitely be frequenting Craft Kitchen.

I ordered the small pizza with bacon which has 8 good size pieces. I got 1 piece of bacon on the entire pizza if that and it was a $2.50 up charge. Either increase the price to put more on or don't offer it. Won't order anything but cheese from them if ordering again.

Who in the world is in the kitchen... I'm such a picky eater & the fact Im actually satisfied with spending a good amount money from the food here is a compliment all in itself. Not even just the food but the presentation as well. I would first reccommend the burger. Bussin.

As always my favorite salad but tonight they must have been running out of greens. It was not as big as usual, actually not totally appetite satisfying. Steak was a little underdone but I'd rather that than overdone. Still delicious, I just wish there was more of it.
